Feeling a little tight from the winter months? Want to loosen up for the spring? Join us for our April series, Shift & Stretch!

Incorporating stretches into your lifestyle can help to reduce stress and improve your range of motion. In this series, we will shift from one pose to another through a gentle flow and land in steady stretches you can do post-workout or throughout your day.

  • 2 Yoga blocks, firm cushions, or books

  • Yoga strap, scarf, towel, or cloth belt

  • Yoga mat, thick carpet, or stable rug

Shavonne is a 200-RYT and founder of Strength In Om. Her intention is to create a platform in which students can practice with certified instructors who represent a wide range of body-types and backgrounds. Shavonne’s classes help students build body awareness through steady movements and deep relaxation from home.
